今回は、RICE IS superfurureというコンセプトのもと、栽培期間中農薬肥料不使用の自然栽培米つや姫「三八神饌米」を発表致します。
山並みから続く、大草原の中でのお米作りを行っており、大自然のど真ん中での栽培ですので、様々な、鳥、小動物、虫達や蝶が遊びにきてくれるお花畑の中のファンタジーな世界での制作となります。
また、自然循環による環境でのお米作りですので、ミネラルがたっぷり入っており、またオーガニックですので、心も体も美しく浄化されて参ります。
この「三八神饌米」は、美味しさと共に、お花やその環境による美しさや品格をも追求しております。

時を超えて受け継がれる職人技と新しい時代への変化を願い制作した作品を心を込め静かな冬のはじまりとともにお届けいたします。

This time, under the concept of RICE IS superfurure, we are introducing Sanpachi Shinsen Rice, a naturally grown Tsuyahime rice that is grown without the use of pesticides or fertilizers throughout the cultivation period.
The rice is grown on a vast grassland that extends from the mountain range, in the heart of nature, creating a fantasy world of flower fields where all kinds of birds, small animals, insects, and butterflies come to play.
Furthermore, because the rice is grown in a natural environment, it is rich in minerals, and because it is organic, it will beautifully purify both the mind and body.
This "Sanpachi Shinsen Rice" is not only delicious, but also pursues the beauty and elegance of the flowers and their environment.
